Pat’s Power Hour with Patricia Karrigan
Saturdays, 9 – 10am
Outdoors at The Farm, Register on Court Reserve
This 6-week class will help take you to that next level of fitness.  Each week will bring you 60 minutes of heart pumping, muscle strengthening full body goodness with friends.  All muscle groups will be challenged using a variety of equipment and movements.  Core training, balance and stretching are incorporated too.
Meet the instructor:
Pat has been on a Fitness Journey for many years, and she enjoys sharing her passion for exercise. She is dedicated to helping others reach their fitness goals through personal training and group fitness instruction. Pat is also involved with the medical side of wellness, leading a class for cardiac rehab graduates and working in occupational therapy. Pat has 3 grown sons, 2 rescue dogs and a love for the outdoors!
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING with Lauren Herman
Wednesdays, 6 – 7pm (Ongoing)
Outdoors at the Farm, Register on Court Reserve
Lauren leads you through a fun high energy, low pressure total body conditioning class.  Focus will be on strength and endurance all in one workout.   ALL fitness levels welcome to join.  If you have been exercising regularly or have never worked out before do not hesitate to try this class.    Lauren will offer modifications for each exercise to suit your fitness level.   Equipment needs are minimal.  Bring a mat, towel and water, and a desire to improve your fitness and we will supply the dumbbells and resistance bands.
IYENGAR YOGA with Carolyn Leech
Fridays 10 – 11:15am

Iyengar yoga gives the opportunity to enhance one’s life by impacting body, mind, and spirit.
Iyengar yoga emphasizes the physical alignment of the body in yoga poses -creating a sense of strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance as well as linking to concentration and meditation. Iyengar yoga encourages the use of props to assist students within a yoga pose. Beginners are welcome as well as continuing yoga students.
Carolyn is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and has been teaching yoga for 19 years.
YOGA with Kat Thorburn
Wednesdays
Outdoors at The Farm, Register on Court Reserve
“Be present on and off your mat” with an afternoon yoga class that builds strength and increases flexibility through various techniques of movement. Becoming aware of our balance and coordination through practices of proper postures, breathing and heart rhythms, we can learn how to re-educate and enhance our overall health.
And that’s a very good thing!

ALLIGNMENT BASED YOGA with Anne Rea
Saturdays 10:00-11:15 am
Indoors in The Farm yoga room, Register on Court Reserve
Alignment based yoga classes emphasize proper alignment in each pose while developing strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is suitable for all levels and will focus on developing a strong foundation in classical yoga poses (asana) for a safe yoga practice. Props are used to help students find their best pose depending on their individual needs.  For more information please contact Anne Rea at [email protected].  Anne Rea began studying Iyengar yoga in 1994 and has been teaching intermittently since 2003. She is a 200 hr Certified Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance and is working towards her Iyengar yoga certification. Her teaching style is compassionate and challenging while maintaining a sense of humor and ensuring yoga is for everyone regardless of age or physical condition. She has 3 daughters and likes to garden, swim, and share the gift of yoga! She works full time at the EPA in the Office of Research and Development.
