We are proud to offer a wide variety of fitness classes at The Farm. Please see our weekly calendar and class descriptions below for information about our programs. All Members first class is free!

*Most classes are being held in our outdoor spaces and all classes are limited to 12 people per class due to Covid-19 regulations.


2021 Spring/Summer Farm Fitness Programs


PopUp Cardio, Tone & Core with Katie Corley
Days & Times: Monday: 8:15 – 9:15 am/ Tuesday: 6:30 – 7:30am, 5:00-6:00pm/ Friday: 8:30 – 9:30am
Location: Clubhouse Shelter
Program Description:  PopUp Workout is an hour long, full body workout that will challenge your body and deliver real results. Each class incorporates cardio and toning intervals that are focused on strengthening and lengthening all of the muscles in your body. Compound movements using light weights, resistance bands, balls, and gliders work both small and large muscle groups to fatigue. Cardio bursts keep the heart rate up for maximum calorie burn. Finish off with a great stretch and you will leave energized for the rest of your day. For more information, please contact Katie via email.


8-week Total Body Conditioning with Lauren
Days & Times: April 14th – June 2nd on Wednesdays 6-7pm
Location: Clubhouse Shelter
Program Description: Lauren Herman will lead you through a fun high energy, low pressure total body conditioning class.  Focus will be on strength and endurance all in one workout.   ALL fitness levels welcome to join in this class.  If you have been exercising regularly or have never worked out before do not hesitate to try this class. Lauren will offer modifications for each exercise to suit your fitness level. Equipment needs are minimal.  Please bring a mat, towel and water.   We will supply the dumbbells and resistance bands.  Classes will be held outdoors at the Farm next to the clubhouse under shelter so, rain or shine!  For more information, please contact Lauren via email.

PowerFlow with Gina
Days & Times:
Tuesday: 9 – 10 am, Thursday: 9 – 10 am, Sunday: 9 – 10 am
Lower Shelter
Description: A strong combination of poweryoga flows with traditional strength training and a bit of heart pumping cardio mixed in.  This class will bring you into a mindful state, make your muscles shake, make you sweat a bit and laugh a lot.  Please bring your own yoga mat and hand weights (5lb or 8lb recommended).  Resistance tubing and yoga blocks will be provided as needed.  Shoes are optional.  All levels welcome. 6-week Farm Kids on The Move with Adeline
Days & Times:
April 13th through May 22nd 2021 (5-8 year old Tuesday 5:30 – 6:30pm/ 8-12 year old Wednesday 5:30 – 6:30pm/ 8-12 year old Thursdays 5:30 – 6:30pm)
Lower Shelter
Description: Farm Kids on the Move Fitness Clinic is designed specifically for children who would like a weekly conditioning and fitness program.  Focus is on overall body conditioning through some running, circuit training with stretching and cool down + relaxation exercises to finish. Our program gets the kids active and enjoying an active lifestyle through interactive fitness games and skills while enjoying some social engagement and building community. Our instructor places a lot of emphasis on encouraging one another and building a safe environment for kids to try new movements + skills, mess up and try again. The class promotes a healthy lifestyle for life that includes exercise. Teens Conditioning with Hannah
Days & Times:
 Tuesday: 4:30-5:30pm
Location: Upper Shelter
Program Description:  Teen’s conditioning is designed specifically for teens who desire a general conditioning and fitness program. Focus is on overall body conditioning through some running and a “boot camp/circuit training” style workout, and to encourage a healthy lifestyle for life that includes exercise. Mind/Body/Wellness Classes:


Tai Chi with James Sutton
Days & Times: Monday: 6:30-7:30 pm
Location: Clubhouse Shelter
Program Description: Tai Chi is a martial art and exercise for overall well-being and conditioning incorporating dynamic movement that improves energy flow throughout the body. Tai Chi helps to ease tension, enhance awareness, and improve balance and strength. This class will focus on the Chen style and various Qi (energy) enhancing exercises. Iyengar Yoga with Carolyn
Days & Times:
 Saturday: 9:00am via Zoom, Saturday: 11:30-12:30pm
Location: Yoga Room
Program Description: Intro to Yoga is designed to teach you the basics of yoga in a small group setting with plenty of explanation. This program is perfect for those new to yoga or wanting a refresher and will help you move to the next levels at a pace that is good for you. For more information, please contact Carolyn via email


Adult Yoga with Kat
Days & Times: Thursday: 3:00 – 4:00pm
Location: Clubhouse Shelter
Program Description: “Be present on and off your mat” with an afternoon yoga class that builds strength and increases flexibility through various techniques of movement. Becoming aware of our balance and coordination through practices of proper postures, breathing and heart rhythms, we can learn how to re-educate and enhance our overall health.
