2021 Winter Farm Fitness Programs 

PopUp Cardio, Tone & Core with Katie Corley

Day & Times:
 Monday Mornings: 8:15- 9:15 am
Tuesdays: 6:30-7:30am and 5:00-6:00pm
Location: Clubhouse Shelter
Cost: $10 paid to instructor (The drop in rate is $13 per class or people may purchase 10 classes for $100)
Program Description:  PopUp Workout is an hour long, full body workout that will challenge your body and deliver real results. Each class incorporates cardio and toning intervals that are focused on strengthening and lengthening all of the muscles in your body. Compound movements using light weights, resistance bands, balls, and gliders work both small and large muscle groups to fatigue. Cardio bursts keep the heart rate up for maximum calorie burn. Finish off with a great stretch and you will leave energized for the rest of your day. Teens Conditioning with Hannah

Tuesdays 5:00-6:00pm

Program Description:  Teens conditioning is designed specifically for teens who desire a general conditioning and fitness program. Focus is on overall body conditioning through some running and a “boot camp/circuit training” style workout, weight management if desired, and to encourage a healthy lifestyle for life that includes exercise. Mind/Body/Integrative Wellness Programs

Tai Chi with James Sutton
Dates & Times: Mondays 6:30-7:30 pm
Location: Clubhouse Shelter
Cost: $10 paid to instructor
Program Description: Tai Chi is a martial art and exercise for overall well-being and conditioning incorporating dynamic movement that improves energy flow throughout the body. Tai Chi helps to ease tension, enhance awareness, and improve balance and strength. This class will focus on the Chen style and various Qi (energy) enhancing exercises. Iyengar Yoga with Carolyn

Saturdays at 9:00am via Zoom

Program Description: Intro to Yoga is designed to teach you the basics of yoga in a small group setting with plenty of explanation. “Be present on and off your mat” with an afternoon yoga class that builds strength and increases flexibility through various techniques of movement. Becoming aware of our balance and coordination through practices of proper postures, breathing and heart rhythms, we can learn how to re-educate and enhance our overall health. And that’s a very good thing!
