2020 Fall Farm Fitness Programs 

PopUp Cardio, Tone & Core with Katie Corley

Day & Times:
* Monday Mornings: 8:00- 0:00 am
*Tuesday Evenings: 5:00- 6:00 pm
Location: Clubhouse Shelter
Cost: $10 paid to instructor (The drop in rate is $13 per class or people may purchase 10 classes for $100)
Program Description:  PopUp Workout is an hour long, full body workout that will challenge your body and deliver real results. Each class incorporates cardio and toning intervals that are focused on strengthening and lengthening all of the muscles in your body. Compound movements using light weights, resistance bands, balls, and gliders work both small and large muscle groups to fatigue. Cardio bursts keep the heart rate up for maximum calorie burn. Finish off with a great stretch and you will leave energized for the rest of your day. Ladies Six-Week Total Body Conditioning with Hannah 6 Week Program
Dates: 
November 3rd- Tuesday December 15th with a break the week of Thanksgiving
Days & Times: Tuesdays 6:30-7:30 pm
Location: Upper Shelter
Cost: $60/6 week session (will not be billed for prearranged absences or bad weather)
Program Description:  Total Body is a low impact fitness program that uses body weight with compound exercise movements to target large muscle groups while also hitting those smaller muscle groups that create strong muscle definition. Hand weights, kettle bells, resistance bands, sliders into this workout for increased energy expenditure and exercises can be tailored to meet each participant needs. Intermittent low impact cardio moves will raise heart rates and burn calories for those who would like to address weight loss. Focus will be on overall strength (legs, arms, core), cardio and endurance, flexibility, and balance. Sign up is preferred. We hope that you will come and join Hannah for this  Fall Fitness Program.

Meadowmont Pure Barre with Candi & Sara
Dates & Times: Wednesdays Evenings: 5:30-6:30pm (classes for Barre Members are also held on Mondays at 5:30pm, Sundays 9am. If you are interested in one of those times, please email Candi directly at cwood@purebarre.com)
Location: Lower Shelter (Nearest to basketball courts)
Cost: $10 billed to account.
Program Description: The Meadowmont Pure Barre Owners Candi and Sara are offering a “Pop Up” Pure Barre program at the Farm this fall. Pure Barre is the fastest, most effective full-body workout. You will be guided through a series of low-impact, high intensity movements that are designed to strengthen and tone muscles to improve strength, agility, and flexibility for everybody. Mind/Body/Integrative Wellness Programs

Tai Chi with James Sutton
Dates & Times: Mondays 6:30-7:30 pm
Location: Clubhouse Shelter
Cost: $10 paid to instructor
Program Description: Tai Chi is a martial art and exercise for overall well-being and conditioning incorporating dynamic movement that improves energy flow throughout the body. Tai Chi helps to ease tension, enhance awareness, and improve balance and strength. This class will focus on the Chen style and various Qi (energy) enhancing exercises. Intro to Iyengar Yoga with Carolyn
Dates & Times: Fridays 10-11:15pm & Saturdays 8:45-9:45 am
Location: Lower Shelter
Cost: $10 paid to instructor
Program Description: Program Description: Intro to Yoga is designed to teach you the basics of yoga in a small group setting with plenty of explanation. Iyengar Yoga Level 2 with Carolyn
Dates and Times: Saturdays 10:00- 11:15am
Location: Lower Shelter
Cost: $10 paid to instructor
Program Description: This is Carolyn’s most advanced Yoga class at the Farm and it is recommended that participants take the first two levels before joining the level 2 class and/or have prior yoga experience.  Carolyn is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher. Carolyn uses props, such as belts, blocks, and straps as aids to help participants into asanas (poses) one step at a time. Farm Kids on the Move with Adeline/Hannah 6-Week Program
Dates: 
November 2nd– Thursday December 17th with a break the week of Thanksgiving.
Days & Times: Monday -Thursdays 5:15—6:15pm
Location: Upper Shelter
Cost: $60/6 week session (will not be billed for prearranged absences or bad weather)
Program Description: The Farm Kids & Teens on The Move is designed specifically for boys, girls, and teens  ages 4 years -18 who desire a general conditioning and fitness program.  We have 7 groups a week, Monday-Thursday which are set up by age groups so that the kids are with peers their age. Focus is on overall body conditioning through some running and a “boot camp/circuit training” style workout, weight management if desired, and to encourage a healthy lifestyle for life that includes exercise. The clinics are individualized to meet the needs of participants.
