Yoga/Mind Body/Integrative Programs

As a believer that Yoga is for everybody, KAT has incorporated her background in ballet, creative movement and Pilates into her classes so to share with all ages and abilities. KAT is especially interested in educating athletes (yes, tennis 🎾 players !) about how to build strength and increase flexibility through various techniques of movement. 

In addition, by becoming aware of balance and coordination through practices of proper postures, breathwork/heart rhythms, these techniques can significantly improve performance time on the court AND enhance overall health.
