For over 30 years, The Farm has been one of the few pools in the Triangle area to provide a summer diving program for its members. We are excited to again offer an awesome opportunity to dive in at the Farm and learn/build on skills and improve technique.
The goal of our Farm Summer Diving Program is to teach safe diving techniques, promote development and coordination, and provide a successful and fun experience in this exciting sport. For safety, participants must earn the Farm Swim Badge to participate in diving lessons.

2026 Summer Dive Dates and Times
We are very excited about our new Summer Dive Coaching Staff! Some of you
might remember Rebekah Juarez who actually started the day and youth camp
dive programs in 2005. She is now Rebekah Ryan and is back at the Farm with
her family as the Farm Dive Manager! The University of North Carolina Diving
staff are also involved this summer for the first time. Our Head Coach, Anton
Jenkins, hails from Wellington, New Zealand and finished 8th on the three-meter
at the Tokyo Olympics in 2020. Anton was a member of the UNC Diving
Collegiate team from 2019- 2023 where he had many accomplishments. Anton is
now the Head Coach for the North Carolina Diving Age Group Year-Round
Program and Assistant Coach for the collegiate team. Coaching Specialist Ellie
Joyce is a Junior at UNC and is in her third year competing with the UNC Diving
Team. She is from Arlington, VA where she competed in high school and summer
leagues. Diving Specialist Yoni Gamboa is the son of the UNC Head Dive Coach,
Yaidel Gamboa and is a junior at Chapel Hill High School. Both Ellie and Yoni
help with the North Carolina Age Group year-round diving program. We are very
excited to have Bekah back and to have this talented team of coaches from the
University of North Carolina teaching our farm divers this summer!
Sessions are:
Farm Diving Schedule: Monday- Thursday
- 9:15-10:15 am: 9 years and under (Day Camp Divers start June 15)
- 10:30-11:30 am: 9 years and over (Youth Camp Divers start June 15)
- 1:00-2:00 pm: Member/Non Member/Non-Camper Mix group (all ages)
Private and semi-private lessons are available with one of the head coaches.
“Challenge by Choice” Summer Farm Dive Meets!
Summer Dive Meets (Ice Cream Socials as I like to call them) are usually held in July and August however this summer we do not have any dive meets scheduled yet.
