Sam Weissler was born and raised in Chapel Hill and has been a part of The Farm’s tennis community for the majority of his life. Within this structure, Sam reached the #1 ranking in North Carolina and won a state championship at East Chapel Hill High School under Coach Lindsey Linker. Sam went on to play varsity tennis at Johns Hopkins University, where he finished with the school record for single-season win percentage and is in the top 20 in all-time total wins.
Sam has been teaching tennis at The Farm for over a decade. He gets great joy out of helping people of all ages develop their skills and their love for the game within the beautiful Farm community. Sam is also a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC). He has worked with individuals and groups in schools, athletics, and the greater community in a variety of contexts related to mental health and performance.
