Fitness Program at the Farm

In March 2025, we completed an upgrade to our fitness space to better serve you! We moved into a larger, upgraded facility, complete with all-new equipment designed to enhance your workout experience.

The new space offers you more room to move, more variety in equipment, and a comfortable environment for you to achieve your fitness goals. Whether you’re into cardio, strength training, or flexibility, we’ve got the latest equipment to take your workouts to the next level. We hope you enjoy the new space!

The Farm fitness program provides Farm members with comprehensive offerings to help them complete their fitness goals, supplement their tennis and pickleball play, and provide a welcome environment for all.

The Farm Fitness Program includes:

  • Upgraded fitness space with all new equipment
  • Personal training
  • Small group training
  • Yoga
  • Tai Chi
  • Water exercise classes – coming soon
  • Martial arts – coming soon
