Lauren is using fitness equipment

In March 2025, we completed an upgrade to our fitness space to better serve you! We moved into a larger, upgraded facility,complete with all-new equipment designed to enhance your workout experience.

The new space offers you more room to move, more variety in equipment, and a comfortable environment for you to achieve your fitness goals. Whether you’re into cardio, strength training, or flexibility, we’ve got the latest equipment to take your workouts to the next level. We hope you enjoy the new space!

Fitness Room Hours

April – November
7:00 am – 10:00 PM (End of Daylight Savings Time)

November – March
7:00 – 9:00 PM (Beginning of Daylight Savings Time)

  • 1 Manual curved treadmill
  • 2 Elliptical cross trainers
  • 1 Recumbent bicycle
  • 1 Stairclimber
  • Dual cable adjustable pulley
  • Smith machine
  • 3 Multi-purpose strength machines
  • Free weights 3 – 75lb
  • 2 flat to incline benches
  • 1 Back extension machine
  • Variety of balls and bands

Fitness Room Orientations

If you are a new Farm member or a current member that hasn’t used the Fitness Room, we offer complimentary brief fitness room orientations by appointment. Please email Lauren to schedule your free orientation.
