The Farm offers a variety of fitness classes to support your fitness goals including yoga, tai chi, water exercise, strength training, and more. All fitness classes require pre-registration on CourtReserve. Please email your class instructor with any questions.

Join Lauren for an energetic, total body conditioning class focused on strength and endurance. This class is designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced exercisers. Pat’s Power Hour with Patricia Karrigan

This 6-week fitness class will elevate your workout to the next level. Each 60-minute class incorporates core training, balance, stretching, and strength training for a full-body workout. A variety of equipment and movements are used to challenge all muscle groups. |
